These Terms apply to your use of the Velvet Alpine Grand website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are designed for adult guests aged 18 and above. By confirming your age on the entry page you warrant that this applies to you. We may ask for government-issued photo ID upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, the full balance is settled at checkout.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is payable; no-shows are charged for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We reserve the right to decline service or end a stay when a guest threatens staff or fellow guests, damages property, disregards our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables not placed in the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Velvet Alpine Grand or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

9. External links

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not liable for the content or practices of those external sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the law of International. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
